Enjoy the space.

With its 60 acres of private woodland and 300 feet of private lake frontage, plenty of space is on offer for large parties of families and friends.

Feel the sun on your back.

Summer temperatures hit 26*C / 78 F, and it’s when the lake really comes alive. When sunbathing on the deck or the docks gets too warm, dive straight into the refreshing pristine lake.

Enjoy a host of lake activities, from swimming, canoeing and paddle-boarding to waterskiing, sunbathing and tubing.

For good fly fishing, try Sandy River or Kimble Pond, for a start. Find out more here and here. Clearwater offers brook trout, lake trout, landlocked salmon, yellow perch, pumpkinseed and smallmouth bass.

Hike.

The Appalachian Trail (pictured) is 40 minutes away and offers excellent hiking.

For a more local adventure, climb Pico Point for a view over the lake, and enjoy other local hiking trails.

Get close to nature.

The lake is home to a range of majestic animals, from prehistoric loons, to bald eagles. Moose and deer roam the woods while otters play on the shore and ducks tour the lake.

Or a pew.

Hammocks and chairs on the lake facing balconies give a relaxing viewpoint for all the activities.

The deck behind the house is a delicious sun-trap for afternoon sun.

“A very special place where time slows down. Campfires, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, just chilling on the dock… It was a great way for everyone to unwind. Definitely the way life should be, at least one week a year.”
